Difference between ' Faith & Trust '.......

My Question: Chachu what is the difference between trust and faith ?

My Guruji's Answer:
Faith is in individual or a ideology etc.
Trust is in specific action/moment.

Question: We have Faith is God...But we have Faith or Trust in a person?

Answer:
I trust you - that is valid for some activity that you are into.

Give Your Best..!!

Karmanye Vadhikaraste, Ma phaleshou kada chana,
Ma Karma Phala Hetur Bhurmatey Sangostva Akarmani

This is the verse from Bhagavad Gita, which I have been listening to since my childhood... Many a times I thought of asking its meaning to any of the elders.. But could never ask anyone... But, then yesterday I asked my Guruji about its meaning... As I know he is the only one who could explain me the real meaning in the real essence..

My Guruji's explanation was:

Do your duty. That is what you have to do. Don't worry (think) about the result. Result is not in your hands. This means, I plant a tree for getting fruits. But getting fruits is not in my hand....

So, keep on performing your duties without expecting for any reward in return, leading a selfless life – this is what it is all about.

These days most of us have forgotten about this part and always take everything as business deals. Be it friendship, love or even marriage. We always impose conditions before doing anything so that we benefit from it in the end.

We must always lead a selfless Life -- And this I had learnt practically from my Guruji, who always gives utmost importance to the RELATIONSHIPS... And guess spiritual people could be able to do this...

Spiritualism is within everyone, but only very few maintain its existence for the fact that many of them believe that its futile to use it in our daily life..

A Difference between 'Due to' and 'Because of'...

My Question: Chachu what is the difference between 'due to' and 'because of' ?

My Guruji's Answer:
X got admission because of Y.
Y is due to X for his admission.
The difference is that of a giver and a taker.

Question: Then Chachu " Is it I was down due to pain or I was down because of pain"?

Answer:
You are both, the giver and taker here.
You are the reason/cause and effect for pain as u decide as to have pain or not!

My Unsuccessful Ways of Chasing Success...

During my school days, I was very passionate in learning anything and everything... I was very inquisitive… But as the days passed on, my passion took a downward curve…

During my Teenage (Intermediate), my studies became merely Result Oriented… and whenever I asked a doubt to my faculty, they asked me not to waste time in thinking much about any topic... and since then I learnt about the subject, but did not learn around it...

After joining Graduation, I got ample of time and hence, my passion for learning again started, but that ended up in learning everything in bits and pieces…

Through all these years I was happy externally, with my performance in exams, with my results, prizes at various competitions, but was not happy internally... Something was missing...

But then, during the third year of my Graduation I realised that I am following an unsuccessful path in chasing success... A session had completely changed my perspective… A person has encouraged and inspired me to learn...  taught me how to Enjoy Learning...  since then I reverted back to my passion of learning and the thirst for knowledge has increased drastically, which has been helping me in my way to chase my Dreams, to fulfil my desire in achieving my Goals...

And that person is my Guruji... Dr T P Sasikumar.. I really don't know how to Thank you Chachu...But I promise I will always try to live upto your expectations...

I am always Thankful to you chachu...
